Gibbs Denley Financial Services to Support Two Local Mind Charities for 2018

Each year, the directors of Gibbs Denley Financial Services invite the staff to nominate a shortlist of charities, and then vote for the charity they wish to support for the year.

We are delighted to announce that for 2018 we will be supporting two Local Mind charities: CPSL Mind (Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire) and Suffolk Mind.

Both CPSL Mind and Suffolk Mind provide a range of services in their local areas to support those recovering from mental health challenges, promote positive mental health and tackle mental health related stigma and discrimination within our communities.

Although Mind is most often recognised as a national charity, the services that are provided in their centres across the country are provided by Local Mind charities: affiliated but independent charities that are responsible for their own fundraising, separate from the national charity.  All donations to a Local Mind go to local projects.

We look forward to working with the charities to fundraise and help to raise awareness of issues that can affect any of us.
